Service Description

This intensive Meditation Workshop will teach you the basics of meditation and continue to more advance techniques. This is 2 classes for the cost of 1. You will take this workshop in a private FB Group. There are ebooks, videos, and exercises to complete. After completing this workshop, you will have the skills to enjoy a mediation practice that can help you with managing your stress and quieting your mind. Meditation has many health benefits. If you are not meditating because you simply don't know how, this workshop is just for you! This is self-paced but expect at least 4 weeks to complete. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify me 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. If you do not cancel and do not keep your appointment you will not be eligible for a refund. By giving me a notice of cancellation you are allowing others to schedule for that time. Thank you for your understanding.
